The current head of the Phantomhive family, the notorious Queen's Watchdog, the proprietor of the Funtom Corporation, and an Aristocrat of Evil is Earl Ciel Phantomhive. He is the younger identical twin brother of "Ciel Phantomhive" and the son of Vincent and Rachel Phantomhive.
Ciel is a short, frail teenager with gorgeous peacock-blue eyes and blue-black hair that has hints of grey. Ciel's body is proportionate, according to his tailor Nina Hopkins: He has lean shoulders, slim arms and legs, and a trim waist. The "noble beast" mark, which was applied to him while he was a slave in a cult, is visible on the left side of his body. His slave-traders also pierced his ears around this time so they could put a price tag on him. He has worn earrings ever since.
Ciel often wears clothing befitting his noble status and has a large wardrobe. To conceal the location of his Faustian bargain with Sebastian Michaelis, he nearly always covers his right eye with a black eye-patch made of gauze with a single chain. When acting covertly, he switches out his black eye patch for a white patch that looks like a transdermal patch and is secured behind his ear by two cables.
Ciel has two rings on. The one on his left thumb is an elaborate silver ring, a one-of-a-kind family heirloom handed down through the centuries, set with an emerald-cut deep-blue sapphire. He uses the gold signet ring on his right hand, which is shaped like the Phantomhive emblem, to stamp the wax seal on papers. When he got back, Angelina Dalles gave him the ring and informed him that it was the only ring that had survived the fire that claimed his parent's lives.

- We can guarantee express orders will be shipped on the same day providing the order is placed before 12pm Sydney time. We cannot guarantee delivery times. Customers may check their estimated delivery dates via the auspost website here .
- My item did not arrive in time for my event, can I return my item for credit or exchange?
- Yes - you can return your item if it is unworn and still has the original packaging for store credit or exchange. Customers will be responsible for all postage costs to and from the store. Please see our ‘returns tab’ for more information.
- Will I receive a tracking number with my order?
- Yes ! Within 6 hours of their order being dispatched customers will receive a despatch and tracking email from us. The number supplied can be used on the Auspost tracking site. Customers may also receive this information via text form from Auspost.
- Can I arrange a pickup for my order?
- Store pickup is available for no extra charge ! Customers will receive a text when their order is ready for collection. We do not accept courier pickups.
