Returns

Customers who want a return will have to contact us and receive authorization before sending the item back as well as pay for the return postage. However, if an item is faulty, the postage is on us!

Customer will be requested AUD$10 postage (within Australia) for us to re-send the item. We'll post the replacement item once the original has been received at our end. Please communicate with us first before sending with the item back, and we should be able to get you something to authorize the return.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs (except for some conditions). The item should be the customer's responsibility until it reaches our end. To ensure seamless return, we recommend that you request proof of posting when returning the item.

We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. The process will take place once the item was successfully returned on our end. Walk-in returns are also welcome, but we should ask for any proof of purchase (receipts, postage labels, etc.) in order for the process to take place.
