Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of customers receiving their goods.
- The item must be unworn and/or in its original condition.
- Refunds will be processed within 48 business/working hours after we receive the returned parcel.
- Change of Mind returns
- Refunded by store credit.
- We offer a full refund on the value of the product. The original postage ($10 standard, $15 express) will be deducted from the refund.
- If your order is qualified for our "Free Postage on Orders Over $100" promotion, a $10 standard postage fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Return postage will be paid by customer
- Faulty Product Returns
- Photographic proof of product faults will be requested
- Will be replaced or fully refunded to customers’ PayPal account.
- Return postage will be paid by us
- Replacement postage will be paid by us.
- Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for all postage fees to and from the store
Return Process
- Request your return through our Contact form with the following details
- Order number (eg. P99999)
- Reason for return (change of mind, faulty item, etc)
- Exchange request (if applicable)
- Photographic proof of faulty item (if applicable)
- Our team will reply with a reference number and return address.
- Returns will be processed after the parcel has arrived in the store.
Special Order Cancellations
- Can only be refunded with store credit
- 20% Cancellation Fee applies
