Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of customers receiving their goods.
  • The item must be unworn and/or in its original condition.
  • Refunds will be processed within 48 business/working hours after we receive the returned parcel.
  • Change of Mind returns
    • Refunded by store credit.
    • We offer a full refund on the value of the product. The original postage ($10 standard, $15 express) will be deducted from the refund.
    • If your order is qualified for our "Free Postage on Orders Over $100" promotion, a $10 standard postage fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Return postage will be paid by customer
  • Faulty Product Returns
    • Photographic proof of product faults will be requested
    • Will be replaced or fully refunded to customers’ PayPal account.
    • Return postage will be paid by us
    • Replacement postage will be paid by us.
  • Exchanges 
    • Customers are responsible for all postage fees to and from the store

 

Return Process

  • Request your return through our Contact form with the following details
    • Order number (eg. P99999)
    • Reason for return (change of mind, faulty item, etc)
    • Exchange request (if applicable)
    • Photographic proof of faulty item (if applicable)
  • Our team will reply with a reference number and return address.
  • Returns will be processed after the parcel has arrived in the store.

 

Special Order Cancellations

  • Can only be refunded with store credit
  • 20% Cancellation Fee applies

 

Special Order Exchanges

  • Can only be refunded with store credit
  • 20% Cancellation Fee applies
  • Customers are responsible for all postage fees to and from the store
  • After these steps, you can place a new Special Order
