Doctor Baizhu is the proprietor of Bubu Pharmacy and the protector of Qiqi. He is a master of the healing arts and the most recent beneficiary of a generational pact with Changsheng, a white snake. In order to protect possible inheritors and even Changsheng herself from the price that goes along with its power, he strives to become eternal.
The only rumour the player ever hears about Baizhu is that his traditional herbal treatments are incredibly bitter. However, the majority of these rumours are currently unknown. Most Liyue residents, like Keqing, who believes he is the ideal person to see when someone cannot identify their symptoms, and Xinyan, who is appreciative of his extremely effective voice-preserving drugs, have complete faith in his medical abilities despite the unpleasant taste of his medicine. Hongdou, a sickly little girl who is one of his patients, only agrees to go to Bubu Pharmacy because Baizhu is so sweet to her, thinking that simply being around him will make her feel better. Hongdou detests his medicine and only chooses to go because he is so kind to her. She also thinks he is incredibly intelligent. Even the lone adeptus Xiao is aware of Baizhu thanks to his stellar reputation, and his employee Herbalist Gui takes great care in his work to uphold the reputations of Dr. Baizhu and Bubu Pharmacy. Baizhu is highly skilled in medicine, yet he isn't considered to be "a guy of high calibre or tremendous courage.

- Yes ! Orders of ‘in stock’ items placed before 12pm Sydney time will be shipped out the same day. If the order is placed Friday afternoon or the weekend the parcel will be pushed to a priority Monday despatch.
- I need my item by the weekend. Can you guarantee I will receive my item before then?
- We can guarantee express orders will be shipped on the same day providing the order is placed before 12pm Sydney time. We cannot guarantee delivery times. Customers may check their estimated delivery dates via the auspost website here .
- My item did not arrive in time for my event, can I return my item for credit or exchange?
- Yes - you can return your item if it is unworn and still has the original packaging for store credit or exchange. Customers will be responsible for all postage costs to and from the store. Please see our ‘returns tab’ for more information.
- Will I receive a tracking number with my order?
- Yes ! Within 6 hours of their order being dispatched customers will receive a despatch and tracking email from us. The number supplied can be used on the Auspost tracking site. Customers may also receive this information via text form from Auspost.
- Can I arrange a pickup for my order?
- Store pickup is available for no extra charge ! Customers will receive a text when their order is ready for collection. We do not accept courier pickups.

- Refunded by store credit.
- The original postage ($10 standard, $15 express) will be deducted from the refund.
