Ermes' immigrant father gave her at least some Mexican ancestry. Her family maintained a restaurant in the slums where she had grown up. There is no mention of her mother, despite the fact that she had a father and a big sister named Gloria who was 10 years older than her. At the age of 20, Gloria would finally inherit the restaurant on her own without help from her younger sister.

- I need my item by the weekend. Can you guarantee I will receive my item before then?
- We can guarantee express orders will be shipped on the same day providing the order is placed before 12pm Sydney time. We cannot guarantee delivery times. Customers may check their estimated delivery dates via the auspost website here .
- My item did not arrive in time for my event, can I return my item for credit or exchange?
- Yes - you can return your item if it is unworn and still has the original packaging for store credit or exchange. Customers will be responsible for all postage costs to and from the store. Please see our ‘returns tab’ for more information.
- Will I receive a tracking number with my order?
- Yes ! Within 6 hours of their order being dispatched customers will receive a despatch and tracking email from us. The number supplied can be used on the Auspost tracking site. Customers may also receive this information via text form from Auspost.
- Can I arrange a pickup for my order?
- Store pickup is available for no extra charge ! Customers will receive a text when their order is ready for collection. We do not accept courier pickups.
