Mushu, appearing in Disney’s Mulan, is a pint-sized, fast-talking, self-absorbed Chinese dragon and the self-appointed guardian of Fa Mulan. Once a guardian spirit of the Fa family, Mushu was demoted to the position of an incense burner and gong-ringer for the deceased Fa ancestors when he failed to protect a family member. He strives to be one of the family guardians again and selfishly comes to Mulan's aid to turn her into a war hero, believing this will restore his reputation. However, he eventually comes to realize the error of his ways and even comes to care about Mulan, placing her safety and happiness above his own.
Mushu takes the form of a Loungefly mini backpack and comes to life with stunning applique and debossed details! His happy face peers over the front zipper compartment made to look like his scaled belly, complete with embroidered linework. The compartment is accessible with a golden enamel zipper charm, making it stand out against the bold red and yellow vegan-friendly leather. On the back, the quote “Travel size for your convenience” is displayed in a bright yellow font.

- Customers can log into their accounts to check the progress of their order/tracking number.
- Special order delivery
- Special orders take at least two weeks to arrive in store. Tracking will not be supplied during this period.
- Customers will receive tracking once the item has been forwarded with Australia post.
- If customers order a special order with in stock items, their parcel will be held until all items arrive.
- If customers need their in stock items urgently please contact us. Additional postage charges may apply.

- Can you post my item today?
- Yes ! Orders of ‘in stock’ items placed before 12pm Sydney time will be shipped out the same day. If the order is placed Friday afternoon or the weekend the parcel will be pushed to a priority Monday despatch.
- I need my item by the weekend. Can you guarantee I will receive my item before then?
- We can guarantee express orders will be shipped on the same day providing the order is placed before 12pm Sydney time. We cannot guarantee delivery times. Customers may check their estimated delivery dates via the auspost website here .
- My item did not arrive in time for my event, can I return my item for credit or exchange?
- Yes - you can return your item if it is unworn and still has the original packaging for store credit or exchange. Customers will be responsible for all postage costs to and from the store. Please see our ‘returns tab’ for more information.
- Will I receive a tracking number with my order?
- Yes ! Within 6 hours of their order being dispatched customers will receive a despatch and tracking email from us. The number supplied can be used on the Auspost tracking site. Customers may also receive this information via text form from Auspost.
- Can I arrange a pickup for my order?
- Store pickup is available for no extra charge ! Customers will receive a text when their order is ready for collection. We do not accept courier pickups.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of customers receiving their goods. The item must be unworn and/or in its original condition.
- Change of Mind returns
- Refunded by store credit.
- The original postage ($10 standard, $15 express) will be deducted from the refund.
- $10 postage (free delivery orders) will be deducted from the refund.
- Return postage will be paid by customer
- Faulty Product Returns
- Photographic proof of product faults will be requested
- Will be replaced or fully refunded to customers’ PayPal account.
- Return postage will be paid by us
- Replacement postage will be paid by us.
- Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for all postage fees to and from the store
