Genshin Impact is an action role-playing game developed and published by miHoYo. The game features an open-world environment and action-based battle system using elemental magic and character-switching, and uses gacha game monetization for players to obtain new characters, weapons, and other resources. It is miHoYo's first ever open-world game, where beliefs in "The Seven" converge in the fantasy world of Teyvat. The devastation that once swept the land has finally ceased. Wounds have healed, but the peace that should have fallen over the city of wind, Mondstadt, did not arrive. The domineering Fatui have risen up in the name of "defense" to oppress other city-states.
Venti is a playable Anemo character in Genshin Impact. He is a free-spirited, wine-loving bard in Mondstadt and the current mortal vessel of Barbatos, the Anemo Archon. He first appears during the Archon Quest Prologue: Act I - The Outlander Who Caught the Wind. A bard that seems to have arrived on some unknown wind - sometimes sings songs as old as the hills, and other times sings poems fresh and new. Likes apples and lively places but is not a fan of cheese or anything sticky. When using his Anemo power to control the wind, it often appears as feathers, as he's fond of that which appears light and breezy. Venti has a somewhat recalcitrant, carefree, and playful attitude as well as a liking to rhyming in his speech. He sees a particular worth in music to the point where he names his lyre, saying, "every being deserves a name to be called upon, and woven into a song." He is also bold, not fearing to insult or ignore those who are supposedly powerful. In the game, he responds to Paimon's comments and nicknaming by parroting her.

- Yes ! Orders of ‘in stock’ items placed before 12pm Sydney time will be shipped out the same day. If the order is placed Friday afternoon or the weekend the parcel will be pushed to a priority Monday despatch.
- I need my item by the weekend. Can you guarantee I will receive my item before then?
- We can guarantee express orders will be shipped on the same day providing the order is placed before 12pm Sydney time. We cannot guarantee delivery times. Customers may check their estimated delivery dates via the auspost website here .
- My item did not arrive in time for my event, can I return my item for credit or exchange?
- Yes - you can return your item if it is unworn and still has the original packaging for store credit or exchange. Customers will be responsible for all postage costs to and from the store. Please see our ‘returns tab’ for more information.
- Will I receive a tracking number with my order?
- Yes ! Within 6 hours of their order being dispatched customers will receive a despatch and tracking email from us. The number supplied can be used on the Auspost tracking site. Customers may also receive this information via text form from Auspost.
- Can I arrange a pickup for my order?
- Store pickup is available for no extra charge ! Customers will receive a text when their order is ready for collection. We do not accept courier pickups.

- Change of Mind returns
- Refunded by store credit.
- The original postage ($10 standard, $15 express) will be deducted from the refund.
