- Mash Burnedead: The heart of the series, Mash is a muscle-bound misfist with a kind heart and a fierce determination. Raised in isolation by his father, Mash has honed his physical abilities through years of rigorous training. Despite his lack of magic, Mash’s strength and unwavering spirit make him a formidable force.
- Lance Crown: The Deuteragonist of the series. In his early years, Lance is shown as a kind and compassionate boy who is willing to stand up for those are mistreated by others, even if it means getting into fights. He is especially of his sister Anna Crown, and he makes a vow to become a Divine Visionary
- Finn Ames: A kind-hearted and supportive classmate who becomes Mash’s best friend. Finn is a talented mage with a gentle nature. He is always there to encourage and support his friends and Mash, even when faced with adversity.
- Lemon Irvine: A sweet, honest, kind, quirky, soft-spoken, quietly determined girl who doesn’t appear capable of deceiving anyone. She gets afraid quickly and often exaggerates in her talks with other people.
- Dot Barrett: A hot-blooded and annoying person who despises “hot guys” and is always attempting to outdo them. Although he is portrayed to fall in love easily and to be sensitive to rejection, he is a good guy who will apologize if he is mistaken.
- Innocent Zero: True name Cyril Marcus, is the primary antagonist of the series and the major adversary of the Divine Visionary Selection Exam Arc and Eclipse Arc. He is a strong, evil magician who wants to use all means necessary to rule the entire world and achieve ultimate domination.
A QUEST FOR SURVIVAL AND ACCEPTANCE
Mash had a happy life with his father until the day he decided to go to the city to purchase some cream puffs. Due to the lack of mark, Brad Coleman notices him while he’s there and goes to his residence to locate him. When they get there, Brad hurts Regro (Mash’s father), and after an intense fight with Mash, they decided that Mash needs to attend the magic school in order to keepo their peaceful life. Mash accepts and, in the process, decides to pursue his dream of becoming a Divine Visionary.
