Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of you receiving your goods. The item must be unworn and in its original condition.

Refunds are processed within 48 business hours of the returned parcel arriving with us.

Change of mind

Order cancellation, wrong size ordered, wrong address provided, no longer wanting the item, and similar.

  • Refunded by store credit.
  • We refund the full value of the product. The original postage you paid is deducted from the refund. If your order qualified for free standard shipping, the standard postage rate that would otherwise have applied to those items is deducted.
  • Return postage is paid by the customer.

Faulty products

  • Photographic proof of the fault will be requested.
  • The item will be replaced or fully refunded to your original payment method.
  • Return postage is paid by us.
  • Replacement postage is paid by us.

Exchanges

Customers are responsible for all postage fees to and from the store.

Return process

  1. Request your return through our contact page with: your order number, the reason for return (change of mind, faulty item, etc.), any exchange request, and photographic proof if the item is faulty.
  2. Our team will reply with a reference number and the return address.
  3. Returns are processed after the parcel arrives in the store.

Special orders

Special order cancellations and exchanges can only be refunded with store credit, and a 20% cancellation fee applies. For exchanges, customers are responsible for all postage fees to and from the store; after that you are welcome to place a new special order.

Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery can only be refunded via store credit.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
