We are based in NSW and post orders within Australia only.

Free standard shipping over $100
Orders of $100.00 or more receive free standard shipping on eligible items. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
It applies to the standard postage rate only. Express postage, bulky items and special order items are charged at the rates in the table above, because those items are posted separately. Where an order contains a mix, you will see each shipment priced on its own at checkout.
Orders with more than one item type
These are sent as separate shipments, each priced on its own items. You will see this at checkout.
Dispatch
Orders are posted the same day or the next business day. Orders received by 11am are usually posted the same day. For express postage, orders must be placed by 12:00pm to qualify for same-day dispatch.
Special orders typically arrive in 2–3 weeks. Pre-orders show an estimated arrival date on the product page.
Carrier and delivery
We ship through Australia Post. Some circumstances may delay your parcel — track it via Australia Post, and see their help pages for parcel enquiries.
We take no responsibility for parcels lost by Australia Post. To avoid loss you may request insurance cover at the time of ordering and we will arrange it.
Please make sure your address is correct. Use the delivery instructions field at checkout for anything that will help the driver. If you need to add instructions after ordering, contact us by email, phone or social media and we will do what we can.
