Swords, large plush and other oversized items are posted separately at a flat rate. Express Post is not available for bulky items.
7-Day Return Window
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Product must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Change of Mind
Store credit only. Original postage costs will be deducted from the credit amount. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Faulty / Damaged Items
Full refund or replacement with prepaid return shipping label provided. Please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
